We adhere to a strict 15 minute lateness policy here at NBN. If you anticipate that you are going to be late, please endeavour to let Nicola know as soon as you are able to. Lateness past 15 minutes may result in the cancellation of your appointment and a lateness fee of £15 must be paid before you are able to make another appointment.
